National Leader, Infrastructure, Government & Healthcare: KPMG

Paul Low is KPMG’s National Leader Infrastructure, Government & Healthcare. Paul’s consulting and public sector leadership roles have focussed in the areas of cities policy, economic development, urban and regional planning, transport, infrastructure policy, planning, management, delivery and operations.  Prior to joining KPMG in 2011, Paul was CEO of Growth Management Queensland, Associate Director General Policy and Intergovernmental Relations at the Department of Premier and Cabinet, Associate Director General Employment and Economic Development with DEEDI, and Deputy Director General Policy and Planning with the Department of Transport and Main Roads.

For the past three years, Paul has led KPMG’s advisory offering on city deals and most recently he has been leading the Queensland Government Cities Transformation Taskforce to facilitate the agreement to Australia’s first City Deal in Townsville as well as the development of a City Deal for South East Queensland.
